I bought the Neti for Francis and tried it myself. I also got him the big syringe-looking thing and tried it! I like the latter better... They recommend that you exhale, saying, "Ahhhhhhhhhh" when you're irrigating (nice word--ew). The Neil Med is pretty inexpensive too, right? Just get one at Walgreen's or whatever-- none of these are bank breakers, fortunately.

OMG it worked tonight!!! SO COOL!!!!!!!! My friend watched and she was in awe haha!!! I felt so clear though! Word of advice, if your going anywhere with alot of people don't do it beforehand...you can smell EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">
