My wife has had really bad sinus problems the last few years and wants to try this thing. Has anyone had any luck with it? I personally think it's kind of bizarre but if it works why not?

I was just talking about something similar last night with my brother. He uses a kit he got from walgreens every night (I think it is Ayr?) . He said he can tell a big difference when he does it.

Don't have cf, but I was going to start doing nasal rinses, too. Years ago I did them a few times, but never with a netti pot. I've had some nasty sinus headaches lately and stopped by the pharmacy and got some pain reliever, bottle of hypertonic nasal spray and a sinus wash kit. The first two got me thru DS' skating lessons, gymnastics and lunch so haven't tried the nasal rinses yet.

The first two got me thru DS' skating lessons, gymnastics and lunch so haven't tried the nasal rinses yet.
