New compressor question

My ProNeb Ultra bonked out again (1 year old), and when I took it in they replaced it with a Respironics Inspiration® Elite. I assumed I would get the ProNeb Ultra II, so I was surprised to get this compressor instead.

Does anyone else use the Inspiration Elite?

I am still using my Pari LC Plus neb cups.

I always get wary when my brands are changed, even though he said it would work fine. Just wondering if there was any feedback out there so I know if I should be concerned or not.

My home healthcare company tried to do this with me, too, and I had to get out the pamplet that comes with my pulmozyme and show the lady who brought me the wrong one that my meds had certain requirements for nebs and compressors. I got my Pari Proneb. I'd insist on the one you asked for.

I never had the Inspiration Elite but I have had the Inspiration® 626 Compressor Nebulizer System in the past and it worked really well. Now I use the eflow.

I've never tried the Inspiration Elite, but I hate the ProNeb Ultra II that I have, so maybe you can consider yourself lucky. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
