Dorn treatment?? I will have research that. I started being more active today. I am going to HURT tonight!!
No jogging for me... <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> I want to start walking and work on flexibility and range of motion. I just read it is best to be in tip top shape for the surgery. I need to loose a few pounds and increase my lung function. No overeating at Thanksgiving.
My parents walk every day and they will be here in less than a week for Thanksgiving. I am hoping I can walk with them. Pain is such a deterrent to getting started. I am trying to do a few more stairs today and sitting on my bumm a little bit less (wish the couch wasn't so comfy). Hopefully the walking will kick my lungs into overdrive as well.
I need to buy a lift and buy some better shoes for dressy occasions.
Kaethe, what kind of dressy shoes do you find is best. I have flat Mary Janes but they are slippery and I have fallen in them. Walking shoes just don't work with skirts.
I have fallen several times in the past few weeks.... so embarrassing!!
