you can check my blog for specifics but I think its GGGREAT! I dont get itcy, my eyeballs dont bounce around as much (you woudl need to have used old vest to get this LOL), I am more productive, the tubes dont pop off, the tubes dont pop off, oh and my favorite the TUBES dont pop off, it used to irritate me so much. There are a bunch more things I like better about it too, like programmable, and carry case.

I can't say enough good things about the Respirtech system. I absolutely love it. I have been using it for 9 months now and combined with using Hypertonic Saline I find it very effective much more so than when I was using the HillRom system. The fit of the vest is excellent because Respirtech strives to have it fit perfectly. They ended up designing a longer one for me because I am tall and thin. And as Nicole says, no more hoses that pop off during treatment!
