<P>Hi there! Zoe has had 4 sinus surgeries...and in between the last 2, which were only 2 weeks apart, she grew 2 huge polyps!! So, her ENT has switched her from Nasonex spray, to using a compunded Mometasone (the med that is in Nasonex) from a specialty pharmacy (ASL-out of Ca.)in her sinus rinses. She uses a sinus rinse first, then the second bottle of sinus rinse has this added med in it. Hopefully we will see a drastic change in her sinus issues with this new routine.</P>
<P>She also grows Staph constantly, so we are going to start using this product below. If you read the results of this product.....I was amazed at all the bacterias that it kills! PA being one of them!</P>
