Interesting, I see that it is from England but I cant recall anyone talking about this machine on the CFtrust forum. If you dont mind I'll post this video on there and ask about any one who is using it and their experience.....if I get any interesting response, I'll link it back.

The first thing I thought of when I saw that device was the iron lungs that they used to put polio patients in. Not that I'm that old that I remember them, but I have seen pictures. And according to Wikipedia (and we all know that's 100% accurate) it looks like they both work on the same principle. Very interesting. Thanks Melissa and Jada.
