all of the symptoms of fibromyalgia, exhaustion, muscle pains, headaches, ect are caused by dehydration . eat your salt replinish with something other than gator ade. find somthing that has salt replacement. dehydration can cause crystals in the urine, check your specific gravity of your urine and see if it reads at 1030 when you are exhausted.dizziness is caused by dehydration, then you blackout and think it is something else. read about what dehydration causes. even carriers loose salt . it is reported by a dr sherrif at unc. so if the carriers loose it so do the ones with it.

Hello emerenta

I do not what kinds of foods you eat nor did you tell us about your activity. It sounds like you do not have too much activity since you are stating you are always tired. sometimes what you eat, your emotional view on life and yourself and lack of movment can make anyone feel like not doing anything.

Take each day as it comes and try and sort out what is bothering you. keep a journal of your clues of what can be the triggers. Pay attention to how your body feels when you are thinking of specific thoughts.

If you eat a ton of sugary foods, this will give you absolutely no energy. Maybe for a few minutes you will feel good but afterward you might feel like your body had lead poured into your veins. Surgary foods will make you feel lethargic not to mention setting yourself up for other conditions later on in life.

From what I learned in the book "Energy Medicine" by Donna Eden and David Feinstein PhD, your body sounds like it operates in a homolateral state. That means your energies are not crossing over in a healthy pattern moving from right to left and from left to right. A homolateral state moves up and down and that state of health is a very unhealthy one to be in. People who have little activity or any auto immune condition, stressed out all the time and folks who are depressed usually run most of the time in a homolateral state of health.

You can correct this pattern with the results of more energy, less sickness and more enthusiasm. I cannot say enough from what I learned from this book. I read it from cover to cover withn two days and had to read it over and over again because there are so many new and old concepts that I never heard before. I am just in love with what I leaarned and use Energy Medicine every day of my life. I have increased my own bodies energies along with a much healthier state of health, emotionally, I am much more content and when something goes wrong, I can treat myself by knowing how to correct the negative pattern within my body. If I have pain in my left shoulder, It usually correlates to the small intestine meridian. No matter what the cause of any problem, there is always an energy system that is affected and knowning how to correct each system is half the battle.
