No excuses

Let's not turn this into a spitting contest of whose disease is worse...

Bottom line, it's a great commercial and it was right on target for keeping me motivated and preventing me from letting any flimsy excuses stop me.

After a litany of excuses, "I jiggle too much", "My butt is too large", "My milk-filled boobs are too heavy", I took Amelia out in our new jogging stroller and pounded the pavement. With my flab bouncing, my throat burning and my white knuckles clutching the stroller, I jogged. And then stopped...and started...and stopped... Then, I pedaled away on a stationary bike with Amelia bobbing up and down on my knee. I hope I can walk tomorrow. The upside: I think I made some construction workers very happy today. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">
