I know Iknow there IS alot of sugar in canned fruit BUT...my question is...Having CFRD which is better, Keeping in mind I can't afford FRESH fruit everyday..No Name Canned Fruit (I had a really bad HIGH sugar reaction) or Brand Name Canned Fruit (With no reaction). Is there really a difference between the 2, if so and why and how?
