OBE or out-of body experience?

After finishing the book, "Tapping into the power of love" messasges from the masters by Brian Weiss MD. I took a nap and felt my body during the nap, at different times going through a jolting phase from head to toe like I was going deeper and deeper into another time (almost like a push and pull sensation). Maybe I was trying to regress myself in my sleep? I do not remember what I was dreaming about but felt myself go in and out with a force. This was the second time I had this sensation. The first time was many years ago when I had the heaven dream.<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

I definitely think I would be an excellent candidate for regression therapy but I have not decided if this is right for me at this time. I might try practicing the exercise in the back of the book with my husband.

The push and pull sensation was also healing and I went out that night and danced for a long time with a charge of exciting energy.

Found this very interesting. It is an old reference but worth the read.

A few weeks ago, I remember taking a nap and in my dream, I was jogging or running and when I awoke, I remember feeling as if I actually was jogging. I had these before. Very interesting feeling.

Have you ever meditated or felt yourself drift off but before you fall asleep, you cannot feel your body? I cannot explain it but this is all very interesting to me.
