I have tried Cipro a few times and have terrible side effects that prevent me from completing a treatment course and have tried Levequin however it still doesnt change much with my cultures. Has anyone tried treating pseudomonas by using Ofloxacin or any other oral antibiotic?

When the cultures come back for my son w/CF, there is always a sensitivity section that shows what antibiotics the bug is sensitive to and which it's resistant to - so I don't know how much good it does to find out what somebody else is using in a given instance. My son is currently using Bactrim and Tobi for PsA. Last time it was Cipro and Tobi for PsA. He's 3 and it's the non-mucoid strain so that probably makes a difference too.
