I got pregnant by accident. Sounds like you need to go get a blood test and also begin taking prenatal vitamins or whatever a CFer would take (I'm PS so I just took regular prenatal vitamins). You need folic acid in the early weeks of pregnancy.
If you are pregnant you probably need a clinic visit so they can accurately track your weight and PFT's too. I was diagnosed with CF while I was pregnant with Amelia and I had to go in once a month even when I felt fine.
