Oil of Oregano

My mom is all about natural remedies (I'm not a big fan myself) and always wants me to try various things. The latest is oil of oregano. I know some people on this site use it, and I always give these things a try to keep my mom happy.

Question, though--is it okay to use that kind of thing at the same time as antibiotic? I've been on a course of oral Zyvox and am not sure about taking both at the same time.

Any thoughts?
