So I've looked everywhere. I am trying to get more infomation on the gene mutation 2307insA. I can't find anything anywhere. This mutation was found in my 5 month old sons newborn screening. He was then diagnosed at 1 month with a positive sweat test. We haven't did further testing to find the other gene yet, that will come soon I hope. Thanks.

I'm sure you know this, but keep in mind that genes aren't linked to clinical outcome.

There are many people with the same genes that have dramatically different manifestations of CF.
