Hey, can I ask how some of you have 2008 cars already?!?!?!

Over here, the first car of the year (which will be 08-D-1) goes to the mayor and then there's a rush to get low numbers. If I get the 43rd car next year I'll be 08-D-43. Do they sell next year's model ahead of time in the US? *is stupid*
