On ivs 10 times so far this year..what now...

I've read someone before saying that going off prednisone will cause a flare up because your body is left defenseless while it has to adapt to the absence of prednisone. So I'd try no prednisone with antibiotics and see what it does. Too much prednisone is going to fry your pancreas too.

Follow rmotion's advice to compensate for the need of prednisone.
