Open Heart Surgery

Wow Amy, You have been through the wringer.... I am so glad that the surgery is done and over with. Being that I am just over three weeks from my surgery, (granted it was not open heart) my incision is huge and recovery for me has been pretty slow as well..

I was just thinking to myself how disappointed I was with my slow progress, yet at the same time, I am doing okay.

Glad you are back with us.. Hope we can talk soon,

I'm glad it went well! I know the recovery is frustrating, my dad couldn't go back to work for 2 months after his bypass. Keep up the walking and get lots of rest in between! Keep us posted on the "freak" status. I'm so glad it wasn't cancer! My DH had kidney cancer so I know how scary that is, especially waiting for the test results!
