Other symptoms of low O2

If my airway gets blocked, I have one of three reoccuring dreams where either a hole I have to go through closes around my neck, someone forces plastic over my nose and mouth or I drown in water or sand. Always the exact same images. I can wake myself up now. I recognize them and force myself awake to get my airway clear. I've woken to throw up because my airway has become so blocked. I don't like those nights. Hang in there.

remember the thing about dreams is that we have them all night long..you only remember them when you wake up during one of them. So if the reason you are/were waking up is low SAT's then they should go away. As for O2 "causing" dreams...never heard of it? I guess maybe the newness of the cannula can be irritating enough to wake you up... I don't know. good luck
