Overheating episodes

I'm about to get the sweat chloride test, the gene test and go to a CF clinic. No one has made a formal diag yet. I've had wierd lung issues (mild compared to most of the people on here by the looks of it) and in my 30's I started having more frequent lung episodes (infections, and episode of pleurisy).
We were having trouble conceiving.. reproductive clinic tested and found azospermia, then missing vas.

On one of the CF sites I found the following in the list of symptoms:

Abnormal Heart Rhythms

Losing excessive salt upsets the body's balance of minerals in the blood. This can lead to abnormal heart rhythms or even shock.
