Overnight saturation monitoring results

It's hard to sleep normally with that stuff hooked up, isn't it? It took me 3 tries before I finally got in a good solid soundly asleep set of data. What your doc said sounds reassuring. Mine was that way too. It's hard not to get worked up about thinking whether or not your body is getting enough of something so important as oxygen.
