Pain In Lower Right back/side

Almost thought I started the post. I have had this happen about four times this last year. Most recently two weeks ago then again Friday. I seem to do it when I am coughing bending over. It is the most awful pain ever, I can't bend over well, stand on my one foot, just about anything agrivates it, but give it two days and it disappears. My pain is on the left side however. I have had collapased lungs, so I know it isn't that. I figure it is either a muscle, or a slipped disk. But one of those things that hurts when I cough, and yet still need to cough - UGH. I used Icy/hot patches this time, felt good and made me smell just beautiful:)

Just try not to do the things that make it hurt, I find holding a certain position when I cough will keep it from hurting too bad.

Try to relax and take some Ibuprofen, if the pain doesn't lessen in a couple days I would check in with your doc.
