Pain on Left Side

Ok I had this pain on the left side about 2 months ago when I was having a really bad exacerbation. Now 3 days ago it pops up again. They told me they didnt think it was plursey then or now but never did any test. I can feel the pain when I breathe in and its real tight. Only on the left side down in the lower lung. But I do my little spiromiter that I blow into and I am still blowing up around 500-550 which means my numbers are good. But I have no idea where this is comming from or why it hurts. Its not a plug b/c my blowing number are still up so that shows that the lungs are doign good. If they werent then it would show when I blow into my thing. So the doc prescribed a lidicane pain patch. Im like i dont want that. I want to know what it is. I wanted to start some antibodics but they are like no. Ok so I have a pain this isnt make believe but i dotn feel like i am being taken serious. Has anyone had this kind of pain. I dont know what to do.

What type of pain is it? Constant, throbbing, sharp? A lot of people don't know that you can actally get a rib out of place (similar to having your back out) and it causes bad pain especially when you take a deep breath. This happens to me sometimes from coughing really hard and I go see the chiroppractor to pop it back in.

I have pains like that, I think. They told me it is like asthma, or something, and they gave me a fast-acting broncho-dilator, which seems to help.

Well it all started when I wasnt feeling the best about 2 months ago. They told me it wasnt plursey. But back then my numbers were still down a bit. I think they didnt get everything that was doen there in my lungs fixed. I atually am not a cougher at all. I may lightley cough every 2 days or so.
