Pancreatic Sufficient to Pancreatic Insufficient?

Okay, I know I should have taken care of this problem sooner but when I switched my diet to low-fat things everything was okay. Today, I had more fat than I've had lately. Just didn't cross my mind because I didn't think of the meal of being particularly high in fat. In retrospect it was (full fat milk drink, plus had bacon on a sandwich with mayonnaise). Anyway, very quickly I was in need of a bathroom. Plus I had issues that reminded me of the drug commercials for Alli and Xenical. Luckily it was the end of a certain time of the month and I was protected. I am about to go out of town tomorrow a.m. There is absolutely no way I can make it to the doctor before then. I will be out of town for a week and a half on grad school trip/conference. I know, I know. I should have already seen the doctor.

But what can I do in the meantime? Clearly avoid things high in fat. Is there anything I can take? I don't think I've actually lost any weight because I am usually very hungry and eat (a lot) of low fat food.

Have you tried acidopholous? Whenever I'm having any issues with my digestive area (including diahrrea), I take acidopholous pills. Takes only a few hours for me to feel better after I take those, it calms everything down and my potential diahrrea will be gone by the next day. Hope you feel better!
