My Mum (non cf) has just been really ill in hospital with Pancreatitus. Thankfully home now and recovering. Its interesting to read about your symptoms. Shes had all those for a long time before diagnosis. Especially the back pain.Her GP gave her painkillers for her back (he's next to useless!!!)and it was only diagnosed when she was away on holiday.
It sounds like it could come back ?? Or will she not suffer from this again ?

Thanks Andee & Kim, We will see <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif" border="0"> i will describe what i'm feeling at my next GI appt.

I have had this in the past. I am pretty much use to GI pain, hence the name Beleache <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">

I have had my gallbladder out and i am on Ursidol , gotta love a med for sludge <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif" border="0">

I'm sure i will get an answer eventually. Hopefully an easy fix <img src="i/expressions/praying.gif" border="0"> ~ <img src="i/expressions/heart.gif" border="0"> joni

I have had this in the past. I am pretty much use to GI pain, hence the name Beleache <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">

I have had my gallbladder out and i am on Ursidol , gotta love a med for sludge <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif" border="0">

I'm sure i will get an answer eventually. Hopefully an easy fix <img src="i/expressions/praying.gif" border="0"> ~ <img src="i/expressions/heart.gif" border="0"> joni

Julie - I don't know if your moms will come back or not. My grandmother had it once (non cf). She was in the hospital for a couple weeks and has not ever had it again.
