Pari Sinus nasal nebulizer

yes, I've often thought the same thing...I just went to the Pari website <a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://pari.com/">http://pari.com/</a> and looked at upper respiratory...there is also a machine, not yet avail in US market, Vibrant that is for sinuses.....I know that tobi through reg mouth neb will not effecively treat PA in sinuses..
Interesting also is that there is currently a Phase III study looking at pulmozyme through the nasal passages, which I have thought about starting to do.

There used to be a company called sinu-nebs, which had a compressor, which was pretty much identical to the pari-proneb ultra with a nasal attachment. The nasal attachment actually looks like a squished mouthpiece that you stick up your nostrils.

My doc just gave me one and it works awesome. You just nebulize meds like you do the others and the mouthpiece has two little holes that you hold up to you nose.
