Parion Study

Hi,

My CF nurse just emailed me and told me that I qualify for the Parion study but she didn't go into the details of what it is. I have been disqualified from many other studies because I have a cardiac history and other medical problems.

Does anyone know about this study or are they doing it? All I know is that it is a 5 week study that includes 14 days of a drug.

The nurse is sending me an informed consent to sign for the clinical trial.. Thing is she just emailed me and told me the first day appointment will take 3 HOURS.. UGG that is a long time to be getting tests done...

Also, I didn't really think this through all the way, I have to add a neb treatment to my already busy schedule a few times a day, but for some reason, I have a good feeling about this study.. so I am going for it.

I will let you know if any thing comes of it... I sure hope so....
