My husband's in the dog house...but my pets aren't in a cage! Ok, kidding.

I have 2 of the most wonderful dogs to ever live. I don't use a cage for them, they have free range of the place. However, I keep my bedroom door closed because 1 dog sheds soooo bad. The other dog sleeps with us at night. Go figure.

Their dander doesn't seem to bother me. If you feel any chest tightness maybe you could move your dog until it's big enough to not need a cage.

Aren't dogs just so wonderful?!

We crate our dog at night or when we're gone during the day in our bedroom. We used to do DS' treatments in our room because he doesn't have a tv or dvd in his room, but since we got the Xbox, we've moved the vest and a nebulizer into our family room. I still do a cpt treatment early morning on DS in our bedroom 'cuz the vest wakes him up and we'd rather he get an extra hour or two sleep in the mornings.

LOL Oh yes my dogs have free range of the house except I keep my bedroom gated off. Jayden is 8 months old and she can get into things like no other dog I have seen. I have caught her on top of our kitchen tabe, the coffee table, the patio table, she can jump our 3 foot fence, she is just a little bundle of engery!!!! So thats why until she grows out of this puppy mischif stage we put her in the cage at night and when we are gone for the whole day. The only place to really put it is next to me in the living room so I wanted to see if others did this or if it affected anyone. But yeppers these are my spolied babies, neiko our other boxer turned 3 yestersday and we got him doggie beer ( its like a supplement drink thats beef flavored) and the special doggtie bakery treats. LOL no my dogs arent spolied
