I'm trying to figure out how to make a collage on Photoshop Elements 3.0, or even just some side by side photos, but on 1 photo. does that make sense? Can anyone give me some guidance?

Shoot, Julie...I'd have to open my PE up at my computer at home, so I couldn't even give you an immediate answer
However, a quick thought that does come to mind is to use the "Layer" function..the first photo is the main "layer", but you can add to that by putting other things (photos, text, drawings, etc.) on the different layers..kinda like Illustrator does it.
Hope that's a start at least!

Is there a function that allows you to cut your image out ( cut along the outline ) then you use the layer function. LOL I should be more help on this because I have a Graphic design HND, but I could never get the hang of photoshop, so usually just ignored it.
