Pictures of Yourself!

Ok, I need help here.
I put the photo into photobucket. Then I logged on here. I click to reply, I click Attach File(s), then on the top left I clicked browse. I find my photo in its file, then I clicked upload. Its saying the limit is 300, and the photo is over that, but thats not possibel b/c/ its only one photo.

What am I doing wrong? Am I supposed to take the photo right from photobucket?

Thank you all for your comments. I also enjoy looking at everyone's pics. It makes the whole idea of talking online to people you don't know seem a little more personal!! It's funny though that you get an image in your mind of what someone looks like and then it's totally different.
