If I was him I would go back on the list ASAP. I am at 26% lung function and have been considering going on the list for some time because I know how hard it is at 26%, and I don't want to know what 19% is like. I have a twin brother who was transplanted 3 years ago and when he had his surgery he had 25% lung function.
