one of PARI's older models is exactly like you are descirbing. I had it 2x ago. I did not like the cup fitting into it because then you have to hold the whole thing which you cant do while driving (at least not safely IMO). I dont remember what it is called and doubt if it is still actively manufactured but maybe you could find it on your website.
Hbollote-I was using my portable pari for my pulmozyme and TOBI all the time for about 2-3 years I did not even have a home compressor. My clinic had told me it was fine and the DME I got it from knew what i was on and also never said contrary about it. When I tried upgrading to the trek S this year is when I found out it is not recommended. I posted a couple questions regarding this on the PARI thread if you want to look back and read them, I also posted a thread about it in the adults section if you want to search for it. THere is also a blogspot that I dont remeber how to get to that PARI hosts and they will also confirm this.
