Thanks everyone! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> So far, no bad side effects except a little sleeplessness the first night, and lots of dreams last night (??). I think it's working- my lungs feel better, and the gunk seems to be loosening up a bit, and I've had a bit more energy. Taking my doses at lunch seems to work okay for me (I was going to move it to am, but I forgot yesterday). The only other thing is that my sinuses are worse- don't know if that's related or not! I'll just up my neti pot, I guess...thanks again!
