I am a lifelong yogurt eater and after I started getting sick I eat yogurt and a danactive like drink everyday. It helps keep away infections and digestive issues for me at least. The only time I don't eat probiotics is when I am on a oral antibiotic, since most of the anitbio would be spent on fighting the probio in the digestive tract. It works for me and I encourage you all to talk about this with your dr's! In other countries they actually prescribe probios instead of antibiotics(don't self medicate with it though talk to your dr.)
