Proper order in which to do inhaled meds?

This is the order in which nebs are to be done;

1. Bronchodilators before HS as it stops the wheeze assosciated with Hs
2. Hypertonic Saline(HS)
3. C.P.T to allow Pulmozyme to get deeper and prevent damage.
4. Pulmozyme
5. Lastly Antibiotics

Note: Pulmozyme should be taken as EARLY as possible as it will irritate the chest and most (not all) will have a hard time sleepin due to excessive coughin due to the thin mucous!

A respiratory therapist told me I could inhale my hypertonic while I am doing my vest-only on the low setting.
I do bronchodialator, (albuterol),
Pulmozyme,
Hypertonic with vest on 1st frequency,
then I finish my vest with all huffing and coughing,
