pulled muscles in chest

Thanks everyone for the advice and experiences. Luckily my chest feels better today, but I know it's only a matter of time before I pull it again. But it's good to know that I'm not the only one that experiences this, so thanks!

I have muscle pain pretty often.. It usually occurs when I move a certain way, like reaching for something.. Hurts like crazy ..That gel stuff sounds interesting ..
