Pulmozyme and Tobi Cost Help

If anyone has not gotten this from your doctor I recieved this but do not need it with our ins. It is the Pulmozyme Co-Pay card program to help pay co pays over $30. Also a coupon for a $10 per co-pay for tobi. If you dont have this info yet and you could use it please email me at livingmydreams81@yahoo.com and I will mail it to you.
