its good that you took the temps of all the stuff, that'll help with it, i've never dealt with cf services so i don't know how good they are but it sounds like they're getting right on it on other things good luck with getting you pulmozyme and stuff taken care of, a couple of times we had the pharmacy leave the pulmozyme out and when we came to pick up meds it was cold so we told them to give us another one and they said that they didn't have any more in stock and would have to get another the next day. we came back the next day and they tried to give us the same box of it except cold (the corner of the box was dented, when dad took it out of the bag to check it the first day he "acadentally" dropped and dented the corner of the box thinking they would try that)

My pharmacist called me first thing this morning, and said that they would be shipping out a new box today <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> .
I had also emailed Genentech (to get it from the horses mouth, so to speak <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0"> ) and they called me back today too! The cfs pharmacy told me to just discard the first batch that got warm (according to Genentech, the top temp for Pulmozyme is 86 degrees, btw).

<snip>. . . and they tried to give us the same box of it except cold (the corner of the box was dented, when dad took it out of the bag to check it the first day he "acadentally" dropped and dented the corner of the box thinking they would try that)</end quote></div>

<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif" border="0"> That's horrible. And the sad thing is, they probably passed along the box to some other unsuspecting CF patient.

That's good to know about the temp.
And Cf Services are wonderful. They have always gone way above and beyond for me with their customer service. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">
