hey all,

I just got a delivery from my pharmacy the other day. I picked it up and just stuck it in the kitchen with the intention of going through it later. Well, later became the next day and I realized I had gotten pulmozyme. The cold pack that was sent with it was no longer cold at all. My pulmozyme probably went unrefridgerated for a whole day...is it still good?

I have been told it can be unrefrigerated for up to 24 hours. If it has been more than that I wouldn't risk it. Look at it and make sure it's not cloudy or yellowish. I know when we left DD's out for more than that once, we called our CF nurse who contacted the company and they replaced it for us (free believe it or not). You can also call the actual company ( I believe the number's on the box somewhere) and ask them what they think.
