When I first started pulmozyme, I had was told to increase it by a minute each day just to ensure that I was liquifying my mucus too much...well, now I use the whole three/four minutes that pulmozyme takes and I was just wondering if everyone else nebulizes all of it or just a few minutes of it.

DS has been on it since he was 2 years old and we've always used all of it. Takes about 5 minutes with the devilbiss pulmoaide compressor

I've never heard of not using all of it.

If you read the prescribing information, there is nothing in the studies that speak of gradually increasing the dose. You just take the whole dose right off the bat!
