I agree with the others. I've been on it for over a year and I definately notice a difference when I miss even 1 day. Pulmozyme was a huge factor in getting me on track with my treatments.

Ditto. I think that it is like Zithromax.. You don't know how much good it's doing until you are off of it.

Unfortunately my pharmacy doesn't carry it so now I have to wait till Monday night to get it <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0"> But I do have a DR appt on Monday afternoon so hopefully he can tell me what he thinks and see where to go from there <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

I am excited to start it <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

Are there any side affects like Tobi has; or precautions that I should be aware of?

Do you lose your voice easily, Amy? I do.. Sometimes I think it's the Tobi, sometimes I think it's the Pulmozyme. <br><br>

Like, if i miss a couple of days, and start back, I'll lose my voice. Also, I did a couple of Pulmozymes in one day once because I was really congested, and I lost my voice. So be on the look out for that! <br><br>
