I got my Quake today. I've only used it once, but so far, I like it. It does feel kinda odd to have the vibration going in too, lol.

Yep! But you crank the handle as slow or fast as you want, and you can do it both inhaling and exhaling. It's pretty cool! And I don't know if it is that I have been using the Quake in the shower for the last 2 days (I usually do my Flutter there when I am sick), or that the crud is just finally loosening up on it's own, but it is finally getting less tight, and I am getting some garbage up and out, which I haven't done in a week! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">

Yep! But you crank the handle as slow or fast as you want, and you can do it both inhaling and exhaling. It's pretty cool! And I don't know if it is that I have been using the Quake in the shower for the last 2 days (I usually do my Flutter there when I am sick), or that the crud is just finally loosening up on it's own, but it is finally getting less tight, and I am getting some garbage up and out, which I haven't done in a week! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">
