This Web cast will cover the upcoming release of the cystic fibrosis (CF) care-center specific data. Care centers' data are compared to the national average of all centers, and to the aggressive national goals established by medical experts. Participants will talk about their experience using the data to advance the partnership between patients, families, and medical staff, to accelerate the improvement in CF care. The Web cast is hosted by the CF Foundation, along with the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, and is for individuals with CF as well as family members and caregivers.
Pre-registration begins November 1. To pre-register, go to the CF Foundation's Web site, www.cff.org or www.cfwebcast.org. Please use code PT328 when you pre-register. Please submit questions at the time of registration. Questions also may be submitted during the live broadcast.
