Question about Furnance Air Filters

I recently got over pneumonia was diagnosed last week (1 week after the phneumonia) with mono; anyway...

My dr told me about something called duct worx that sterilizes the bacteria. They install a UV light in your ventalation system. I have been looking into it, and even though I don't think its what your asking abpout but thought it was worth mentioning...

A friend of mine got one of those installed in her last house, because she has a daughter who has bad asthma flareups every time she gets a cold. I really don't know that much about it either, except she said that she couldn't get one from the homebuilding store like she did last time...

I remember seeing these for fishtanks too- they were called a UV sterilizer.

I just was googling about the UV lights.. THey looks so good to me.. but I have no idea how much anything costs/... I looked at the Aprilaire ones to, they look great but I wish I could get an idea of the cost of stuff.

THanks for the great ideas.. I for sure am going to get something
