Question about Male infertility and options with CF

Hi. I am a 30 year old male with CF. When I was young I was told I could have no children. I learned later that there was a procedure that could be done that could make it so males with CF could have children.

I was wondering what this procedure is... how much is costs... and how effective it was. I was also wondering if someone could provide me a place to do more research on this subject. I have heard a little, but I would like to learn alot more and just can't seem to find anything.
Help would be VERY appreciated.
