My older sister and I have cf also. Her lung functions have been over 100% until recently in the 90's. But she's been diagnosed with diabetes recently but other than that, she's pretty healthy I think. But I have problems she doesn't: liver disease, cfrd, and some other stuff (as you can see below). But I agree with the advice to be careful about sharing germs and getting her bugs and visa versa.
