colomycin.... how much "water" do u mix with it when putting it in your neb..? have not done it for ages and i have been asked to go back on it and i cant remember how muhc to ut in it. i think it is 2ml? but i am not 100% sure, can anyone help? or tell me the real amount

I believe that my dose was 4ml for every bottle of Coly, and I divided that into 2 doses. So each dose had 2ml. I could be wrong though, I haven't done Coly in quite a while. You could try calling your pharmacist - they would have an answer for you

I add 2 ml of sterile water to the Colistin. Then I put that in the neb, and add 2 ml of saline to the mix. Then you're ready to go.
