Are all males w cf infertile?? i cant seem to find an answer to this anywhere. Long story short, I am awaiting testing on my 7 week old whose dad has several symptoms also. My daughter is acarrier. Thanks

97% to 99% of CF men have CBAVD. The term infertile is not correct. They produce healthy sperm, but lack the "pathway" which allows the sperm to leave the testicle area. The lack of the pathway is CBAVD a/k/a Congenital Bilateral Absence of the Vas Deferens.
