Here is what I do:<br><br>

1. Albuterol <br>
2. HS and Vest for 30 min<br>
3. Pulmozyme<br>
4. Tobi<br<br><br>

My doc said sometimes it's good to do Pulmo before HS... To thin up the mucus so it's easier to cough out with the HS. <br><br>

I kind of mix it up a bit between HS and Pulmozyme. Sometimes I feel like it's better to do it before, and sometimes I feel like it's better to do it after the saline. <br><br>
However, I noticed sometimes I cough up a lot if I do 15 minutes of HS and vest, then my Pulmozyme, then back to 15 min of HS and vest. <br><br>
What does everyone else think about the order of Pulmo and HS?
