I do xopenex and pulmozyme and HTS during my vest, I was told the only thing you cant do is something dose dependant like antibiotic. If you cant breathe deep enough then I would say that makes sense to be a no but if you can then who is to say the air presure/vibrations is not getting it into areas not normally reached? I havent seen any data either way, is there any out there? If I remember right Warwick had some recommendation same as I mentioned above ( I think) but I dont know if he had any data or just his experience to go on.

If you want to use Warwick as a reference (who doesn't use pulmozyme), his patients do their mucomyst/albuterol/cromolyn sodium cocktail while vesting.
